Martial Arts for Kids, Teens and Adults

"I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times."

Tang Soo Do Karate

Children and adults learn how to defend themselves while becoming both mentally and physically strong.  Students develop stances, powerful kicks and strikes, weapons and sparring. Our kids classes focus heavily on discipline and character development. For our adult program we focus on skill development, stamina and being the best you can be!

Muay Thai

Students develop footwork, conditioning, proper technique and fight strategy. Muay Thai kickboxing includes punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Students under the age of 18 must be evaluated before being enrolled in the program.

Character and Leadership Development

"Martial arts is not about fighting, it's about building character"

We not only focus only excellent martial arts technique but on building the character of our students. Our goal is for students to become confident leaders and strong individuals. Our special programs help further enrich character development.

Young Leaders Program

Our goal is to shape our youth to become great leaders. This program focuses on mentoring, public speaking and community projects to further develop our student's character and ability to contribute positively to society.

Demonstration Team

Students must be invited to try out for the Demonstration Team. This is a dedicated group of our top students who have a winning attitude and the desire to push themselves to be their best. This team represents our school at events, participates in demonstrations, and competes at the local, state and national level.

Martial Arts Philosophy:

Ms. Stephanie loves encouraging students to be excellent martial artists and strong leaders! One of her favorite things about teaching is watching a student’s confidence grow as they learn and develop their martial arts skills. Her philosophy is that no matter how long you’ve been training, there is always something to improve and some way to be better, both physically and mentally. Martial arts is a never ending journey of both physical skill and character development for students at any age!
